My piano lessons focus on making music enjoyable, approachable, and structured for young beginners starting their musical journey.
Location & Equipment Requirements:
• Lessons are offered EXCLUSIVELY as in-home visits at the student's residence.
• The student must have their own piano or digital keyboard at home for practice and lessons.
A standard 60-minute session includes:
1. Warm-Up & Technique (10 mins): Finger exercises, proper posture, and hand placement.
2. Core Piece Practice (35 mins): Learning new songs step-by-step, reading sheet music, and building rhythm skills.
3. Music Theory & Fun (15 mins): Note recognition, sight-reading, and basic ear training.
Specialization: I teach exclusively beginner-level students and young kids who are starting piano/keyboard from scratch. I focus on building foundational habits (reading basic treble/bass clef notes, simple scales, and easy beginner songs) in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
