About Ecem

A former student of Marmara University (Istanbul) and INALCO (National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations), I have a degree in Turkish literature and language. This year, I am a final year master’s student. I have been teaching Turkish at INALCO since September 2017. My courses are aimed at French-speaking and Turkish-speaking students, as well as international students. Moreover, I have good experience in private lessons in oral expression, written comprehension, grammar, literature and also Ottoman language lessons adapted to all levels. You can learn or revise the basics, deepen your knowledge, improve your pronunciation, enrich your vocabulary, work on comprehension and written and oral expression with varied learning techniques, for example, in monologues and dialogues, language games , simulation or total immersion. I will help you achieve your goals using fun and motivating teaching methods, traditional or modern (reading and discussion, Internet, film extracts, songs) according to your wishes and needs.

About the lesson

Former student of Marmara University (Istanbul) and INALCO (Paris), I am currently a doctoral student in Turkish language and have been teaching Turkish with passion at INALCO for 7 years. My courses are aimed at French-speaking and Turkish-speaking students, as well as international students, aiming to develop their communication skills by improving vocabulary, grammar and oral and written comprehension.

I adapt to the needs, level and age of each learner, using varied materials. Together, we will work to achieve your goals through fun and motivating teaching methods, whether traditional or modern, such as reading, discussion, Internet, film clips and songs.

I offer courses for all levels (A1-C2) with varied options: conversation courses, structured classes, exam preparation and courses focused on pronunciation or grammar. Courses can be taught remotely or in person and I also offer translation and proofreading services.
