About Angelica
I am a tutor on an online platform called Varsity Tutors, where I have been tutoring for about six months now. I love how it is going so I decided to expand my horizons! I have also tutored at a local community college, where there was a group as big as 10 people to only 1 person. I help my students get excited about what they are learning and their grades show! My biggest accomplishment was receiving a D student and being able to get his grade up to an A by the end of the year. I ask my students their strengths and weaknesses and we go from there.

I give lessons from children as little as elementary school to adults as old as they come :). I have experience working with people of all different ages and can adapt well to each new student! My specialty is AP statistics but I also can teach basic Statistics classes, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, elementary school math, and middle school math. My methodology is to get my students to truly understand what it is they are learning so they can apply it to real life.
