About Justin

I have been teaching 11+ and 13+ subjects for 12 years since 2007 and I have extensive knowledge of the British National Curriculum. I have also been tutoring many pupils alongside this for the same length of time. I am currently a tutor for one of the top international tutoring companies in London and also travel a lot for the job.

I have helped numerous pupils achieve not just great C.E. results, but also scholarships to some of the top schools in the country such as Eton, Winchester and Cheltenham Ladies College. In my final year at this teaching post out of the 23 students I taught, 16 obtained A's with 5 of these being A*s.

About the lesson

I am a Sport Science Masters graduate with a major in Geography. I have been a teacher for 12 years at one of the top Independent Prep Schools in the UK where I headed up the Geography department and have taught a wide range of 11+ and 13+ subjects. My lessons go further than merely teaching content. They are about giving students tips and advice on how they can not only gain better marks in their particular subject, but gain confidence moving forward.

One of the best things I feel a student can do to feel prepared is to tackle past papers. I have loads of these for students to work through and I firmly believe that the more of these a student does, the more confident they will feel going into an exam. Making learning fun is also one of the essentials and I ensure my lessons are both fun and engaging.
