About Remy

Anciennement ingénieur chercheur en genie mécanique, titulaire d’une maîtrise et d’un doctorat (moyenne de A / mention excellent), j’ai une formation académique solide en mathématiques et en physique, acquise au fil d’un parcours universitaire exigeant.

J’ai également une expérience concrète en enseignement en tant que chargé de cours, ainsi que plus de 100 heures de tutorat auprès d’élèves du secondaire et d’étudiants du cégep, avec des profils et des objectifs variés (rattrapage, consolidation, préparation aux examens).

Passionné par la transmission du savoir, je mets un point d’honneur à expliquer les notions de façon claire, structurée et adaptée au niveau de chaque étudiant, afin de renforcer la compréhension, la confiance et l’autonomie.

Avec plus de 100 heures de tutorat à mon actif, j’offre un accompagnement personnalisé en mathématiques pour les élèves du secondaire et du cégep.

Approche pédagogique
Mon objectif est d’aider mes élèves à comprendre en profondeur les concepts mathématiques, à gagner en autonomie, et à développer une méthode de travail efficace.
- L’élève m’informe à l’avance du sujet qu’il souhaite travailler (cours en classe ou notion à approfondir).
- Je prépare un exercice ciblé ainsi qu’un résumé des notions clés nécessaires à la résolution.
- La séance s’adapte au rythme de l’élève : renforcement des bases, clarification des points difficiles, ou approfondissement pour aller plus loin.
- J’intègre des méthodes adaptées à chaque profil : explications visuelles, raisonnement pas-à-pas, exercices progressifs…

Passionné par l’enseignement et fort d’une expérience en recherche scientifique, je mets un point d’honneur à rendre mes séances accessibles et intéressantes.
