About Amaani
I have experience teaching GCSE biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics, and have also taught younger students (6-7 year olds) english, mathematics, and geography. I continued to pursue biology, chemistry, english literature, and mathematics at A level and aim to work around these subjects with future students. I now study biological sciences at UCL, which allows me to keep in touch with life sciences and lends insight into what life as a student is like.
I have also completed training courses in teacher-student etiquette with The Access Project. Additionally, I review personal statements for numerous subjects (medicine, biology, law, architecture) and have assisted students in entering Russel Group universities.

It is my firm belief that each person is unique, and must be worked with enthusiastically to understand how they best learn. I will give students a free 30-min class to ascertain what learning techniques suit them best, before setting short and long term goals for their journey. Lessons that follow will be a combination of teaching, engaging exercises, revision sessions, and tests.
