About Sam
I am a Third year Maths student at Lincoln university just interrupting my studies to work for a while. I tutor KS3 and KS4 Maths and Physics, up to GCSE level. I am available to do either online or in person sessions. My goal in life is to teach so I am hoping to get some experience, and to share my love of Maths. I have always enjoyed showing people new experiences so I wish to pursue that aspect. Maths is something that I love. For example, the satisfaction of solving an equation, particularly the nitty gritty mechanics of Maths and understanding just how all the equations work together. What intrigues me most is to do with how those aspects work in the world. For example, how in a snail’s shell there is the beautiful ratio that makes up its swirl. I have known Sam for over 10 years as a family friend and as someone who has done work for us in the garden. He is a pleasant, industrious young man who has studied maths to university level. Sam is a kind,reliable, hardworking young man who has an excellent mathematical brain. He has a patient , positive attitude always giving his best to all he does. Whilst in the sixth form he willingly gave his time to support others in their mathematics, listening to their problems and clearly explaining misunderstood concepts .
