About Lewis
I have just completed my first year of Maths degree at Bristol University. At A-level I studied maths, further maths and physics, with business at AS, before progressing onto university. I have always tried to help my friends and sibling with maths and teaching is something I really enjoy. So in light of the impact of COVID-19 on education, I would like to continue to help people, whether just to catch up, or on a long term basis

I teach all ages up to A-level Maths. The outline of how I teach will be individualised to each student, as some may know what they need to improve on and go from there. Alternatively, for others this won’t be so clear and we’ll work together to identify these problem areas. When teaching, I will strip the concept back to the level to where they understand, then build it up in layers. One key way is use diagrams and pictures, as for many they get tied up in the numbers, but when visualised in a picture it makes sense.
