I have never given private tutor lessons before but have been involved in helping students in my younger years to read. This has taught me how to guide the student and mould to their learning style. Moreover, I have assisted my peers in their academics and have helped them produce satisfying results.

I am an undergraduate studying international development studies and political science which are heavily derived from GCSE and A-Level Geography. I will structure my lessons according to the student's needs, starting with the topics which are the most challenging and working towards the least challenging. Review tests at the end of each topic are something I see as being beneficial, however, this can be modified to the student's learning preferences. Geography can be very topical so I hope to include a discussion based approach to my lessons also, however, this is contingent on the student's needs. I hope to offer a friendly environment in which the student feels free to stumble and learn as well being encouraged to go the extra mile and ask questions beyond the curriculum.
