Maryam was my tutor for two years as I was doing the IB Diploma Programme. I absolutely recommend her.
I initially asked for help with IB Chemistry, and throughout the first six months working together, my grade went up from a 3 to a 5. I ended up with a strong 6 on my IB exam, and I can definitely thank Maryam for that. She also helped me with my IAs for both chemistry and biology, and I ended up getting strong 7s in both. Overall, could not recommend a better tutor. She doesn't just lecture - she makes sure you understand the comment. She's not going to do the work for you, but she will equip with all the necessary resources to do the work, with her support. I felt like I actually understood concepts that made absolutely no sense in class.

Maryam is a trustworthy teacher because she understands the material so well she is able to confidently explain it in a way that is simple to understand. She is very patient and will make sure you understand one thing fully before moving onto the next. She is not the kind of teacher to move on even when you don’t understand and she doesn’t get frustrated when you are having a hard time with something. Overall she has been an incredible amount of help with my chemistry class and her teaching skills are incredible.
