About Merveille
I am Merveille. I am originally a fluent French speaker, but I learnt and adapted to the English language through my time at full-time education. I have passed all GCSEs and A-Levels and am currently undertaking my undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Journalism at a top university in the UK. I'm here for all students, from helping my polyglot parents to develop another language in spelling, pronunciation, punctuation and grammar. I am patient, reflective and want the best for all I teach, pushing you to be the best version of you yet.

My approach to tutoring is what I like to call look and learn. We first see and assess where you are at in this language and where you need help. After this initial assessment, we tailor lessons to the individual targeting struggles, miscomprehensions and tackling the brain's long-term memory with homework and/or readings before each lesson.
Lessons are fun, active and stimulating for retention and pupil ease purposes.
These lessons are for non-English speakers (works better with a French/Lingala background), and those who want to develop their vocabulary (knows some English but wants to get better with words and pronunciations).
These lessons are accepting of all ages (young, old, and those in-between).
