About
As a current senior university student, myself, I understand the struggle of writing essays and fearing that they come across as "superficial" or "irrelevant" simply because there may be too many spelling and grammar mistakes for the professor or university to take it seriously. I understand the fear that these same mistakes might be so prevalent that they take away the importance of the point you're trying to present. Small mistakes like spelling can make a big difference overall and can sometimes be the backbone that makes or breaks an exceptional paper. And so, it's my firm belief that no one should have to worry about spelling mistakes when they have other things that take higher precedence over things of that nature. Personally, as a neuroscience major, I write research papers almost weekly. But I'm fluent enough in my practice that I rarely have to worry about spelling mistakes. My friends and fellow peers, however, usually do. And so, through them, I can confidently say that I have been tutoring in spelling for about three and a half years and hope to continue to help others in this way for many more to come.
