About Lebogang
I am Makeke Lebogang
I am interested in teaching or rather tutoring about fitness because I am passionate about fitness. Since I have joined the gym it has always been my wish to open my own gym one day. A gym that will not only be filled with equipments for lifting but a gym that will also be a home for dealing with emotions and stress that are part of the transformational journey.

What will make my lessons unique is that I will be sharing information about meal plans to individuals of different body shapes and goals. Although, I won't be selling dream bodies unless an individual is welling to help themselves get what they want. Lastly, the fitness journey as I have gone through it, is not only physically draining but also emotionally and mentally drain, so I'm willing to offer my support in the best way possible.
