About Tilly
I am currently an undergraduate student in my final year study at the University of Exeter reading International Relations and Italian. I have been studying Italian for 7 years now and did my year abroad there last year, in which I gained teaching experience in an high school. I am a complete grammar nerd and love all things language and culture! I am also a student of languages so I've been in your shoes before!

My teaching method is to involve the student right from the beginning and encourage learning through trial and error. Students don't grow confidence through listening to the professor for an hour! I like to work with the student to identify where their anxieties lie and address them through conversation or written activities. My lessons begin with activities and finish with explanations directly targeting the errors! This allows increased student engagement with their own language skills.
