About Aminah Ammar
Hello! I'm Aminah and I am so excited to be your potential tutor! I love teaching basic mathematics and helping YOU achieve your academic goals. I have to admit, I struggled a lot with STEM subjects early on however with the right amount of practice and time, I aced some of those classes. Some fun things to know about me are that I am from Irvine, CA, I LOVE chocolate and mangos, working out, and spending time with my friends and family. I hope you select me as your tutor and I will do my best to help you succeed :)

Math and chemistry are not easy subjects and they can become overwhelming without the right instruction and knowledge. As a student, I utilize a flip method where I provide a lecture or sample document with the lesson and a plethora of practice problems that you can go through, and during tutoring sessions, we can work out those problems together. This method allows the student more time to practice and also learn at their own pace.
