I am a Maths and Computer Science undergraduate at Loughborough University with a strong academic background, having studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at A level. I enjoy teaching because I value helping students build confidence and develop a clear, logical understanding of mathematics. Hi, My name is Nikola and I'm a maths tutor. I’m currently studying Maths and Computer Science at Loughborough University and for A levels I studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry at Tiffin School. This gives me a solid academic foundation in both mathematical theory and problem solving. I’m able to provide support with: * Year 6 SATs * 11+ admissions * GCSE maths * GCSE further maths I have experience supporting students with Year 6 SATs, 11+ entrance exams, GCSE Maths, and GCSE Further Maths. I have worked with students of varying abilities, helping them build confidence, improve exam techniques, and develop a clear understanding of key concepts rather than relying on memorisation. I focus on interactive learning. A typical lesson begins with identifying areas of difficulty, which is then followed by step by step explanations and guided practice. I encourage students to explain their thinking and apply methods independently, ensuring they are fully prepared for exams and assessments.
