About Kenisha
I’ve been practicing art for over 15 years, including 5 years of formal training with professional tutors and fine arts study at the University of British Columbia.
I specialize in realistic charcoal and graphite portraits, as well as nature-inspired watercolor work. My practice also includes regular sketching, with a strong focus on color theory and lighting—two areas I actively incorporate into my teaching.
I work in both traditional and digital mediums, frequently using Procreate for its flexibility alongside traditional materials. I’ve also completed commissioned acrylic paintings, which has given me experience working toward client-based outcomes.
My background in university-level media and art projects has further developed my ability to approach art both technically and creatively.
