About Maggie
So... Hi!
I am a university student who is currently studying educational psychology! I am super chatty, bubbly and ambitious.
I have worked within a few settings in education which really spurred on my love for working within an educational setting.
My parents were both teachers growing up so I was very fortunate to have 2 well trained tutors on hand at all times, but that is not to say that I didn't also have external tutors as well. If not for my GSCE math tutor, I would not have achieved as well as I did. Not only that, but my tutor instilled confidence in me too.

I am an understanding and positive person. I believe we learn best through positive reinforcement and scaffolded learning. I want to make sure your child feels supported within a healthy atmosphere which works best for them, so in effect, I am adaptive in my approach towards children to support their individual needs.
I want to offer sessions that fit in best with your schedule, so I am open to talk about what length session works best for you and your child.
I am new tutoring but still rich in experience in education and childcare. I worked within a mainstream primary with children from 4-10 years of age, as well as working in a SEN specialist school with children's ages ranging from 7-18.
I am a super open person, who wants to learn as well and I hope I can help as best I can!
