My people skills and communications skills really help my students to expose their weak points and strengthening them. The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement. The best coach may not necessarily be the best player but he know how to uncover people's true potential. I teach my students how to learn instead of just teaching them how to ace an exam. These are my focus points:
-Getting to know the underlying problem that inhibits a students learning ability
-Focus on the weak points and enable them to learn faster
-Develop a learning strategy that works best for individual students.
