About Samuel

Hi, I'm Samuel, an engineering student at the University of Lagos and a physics and math tutor with 5 years of experience helping high school students succeed in their exams.

I started teaching because I saw how many capable students struggled, not because they lacked ability, but because no one had explained things in a way that made sense to them. At university, I helped start a tutorial program that now supports over 500 engineering students, and seeing them go from confused to confident is what keeps me teaching.

Physics is the foundation of everything I do as an engineer, and I love showing students how it explains the world around them. My goal is simple: to help you understand the subject clearly, build real confidence, and walk into your exam fully prepared.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Samuel, a physics and math tutor with 5 years of experience and an engineering background (Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Lagos). I teach secondary/high school students preparing for GCSE/IGCSE, A-Level, WAEC, NECO and JAMB.

My lessons are interactive and visual. I use a digital whiteboard to sketch diagrams, break problems down step by step, and link concepts to real-world examples. Each class includes a quick review, a clear explanation with worked examples, exam-style practice, and a recap. I also cover the math physics needs, so you understand the "why," not just the formula.

Lessons are a minimum of 50 minutes, with longer sessions available for exam revision. Alongside private tutoring, I co-organize university tutorials supporting over 500 engineering students.
