- Former INTERNATIONAL swimmer in french national team from 2007 to 2012 ( WORLD / EUROPE CHAMPIONSHIPS multiple Medallist )
- Assistant Coach in Marseille (FRANCE) of OLYMPIC MEDALLISTS TEAM (2013 to 2015)
- Coaching in AUSTRALIA since 2015
- Head coach of SLD Swimming Club in COCKBURN (AUSTRALIA) since 2017

About the lesson

The unique swimming program that I have developed is the perfect combination of face to face private lessons, and personal online training. The result is a tailored program which has been specifically adapted to improve your swimming technique, endurance and/or new strokes (dependent on personal goals).
The program works on a fortnightly basis as follows:
* Either 1 x private or semi-private lesson (60 min)
During this lesson I will teach and practice with you a series of swimming drills/exercises, whilst introducing you to the endurance development part of your personalised swimming session plan.
* Plus 2 or 3 online swimming session plans (dependent on package)
Following your private/semi-private lesson you will understand each exercise and be ready to perform the drills on your own. Your swimming session plans will enable you to continue your training by putting into practice what you have learnt in your face to face lessons.
Note: The swimming session plans include a detailed review of the exercises you have learnt to date.
