About Allen Francis
I'm an international masters student at UniSA on my first year. I have held two corporate jobs that gave me experience in communication skills. I used to provide informal meetings with my classmates then about their essays and presentations, for improvement, and I take a laissez-faire approach on teaching, letting the student learn at his/her own pace.

I base my approach on what is the objective. I build smaller goals based on that objective, and attain it one at a time. Though time is of the essence, I believe that when learning is concerned, it is best for it to take time. If an approach doesn't work, I don't force it. Instead, I try a different way. It could involve modifying the objective, or cutting up the smaller goals into more attainable ones.
That way, learning is achieved.
