I’ve known Hannah for half a year now. She is funny and kind whilst being an amazing teacher, able to adapt to your way of learning. Every time I leave a lesson I feel fulfilled in what I’ve learnt, Hannah will explain things over and over again, until finding a way in which you understand, and it’s so helpful! I truly believe Hannah is worth it, no complaints!

On moving schools in mid-year nine and finding herself in the bottom set for maths, my daughter was clear with me: “It is self-evident, Mum, that maths is not my thing.” Hannah lifted her algebra and indices to level 7-9, and this boost in confidence meant a “can do” approach to other topics. By end year predicted a 7-9. (5 end year nine). My daughter understands she needs to try too.

Hannah clearly spends some fairly significant prep time before a lesson to make sure it is effective, in keeping with the spec, and adapts to what is being taught in school at short notice.

Delighted to see a shift in my child's work habits and use of school and online resources also. Hannah imparts that she needs to “lock in” too and keep plugging.

I was going to stop tutoring once maths ceased to be a source of misery, as my daughter is now achieving median grades for her very good school, but she now wants to take another jump. Somewhat surprised to be the parent of a child seriously considering maths A’ level.
