About Roshni
Hi, my name is Roshni and I'm a first year Graduate Entry Medicine student!
I sat the GAMSAT in 2022 and scored 74 with a non-science background, on the first attempt. Having gone through the process, I understand the scale of the task ahead for prospective candidates. I'm passionate about sharing the tips and tricks I've learned, both throughout GAMSAT prep and my previous education, to help others succeed and acheive their dreams.
I previously studied at the University of Cambridge, and graduated with a degree in Psychological and Behavioral Sciences in 2019. Afterwards, I worked in a variety of jobs, including as a teaching assistant, care worker, lettuce farmer (very briefly!) and teaching coordinator at Cambridge's School of Clinical Medicine. I enjoyed attaining such a wide range of experiences, and working with so many different people along the way. I love being social and meeting new people; I hope I'll get the chance to get to know some of you!

I can focus on Part 1 and 2 of the GAMSAT in particular, offering in depth essay feedback and helping you improve reading comprehension and writing skills.
My approach is friendly and relaxed, and I'm happy to go at students' pace to ensure that they gain confidence along the way. I have a keen eye for detail and many years of essay writing experience, which I will employ when offering detailed evaluations of practice essays for Part 2. We can go over both content and presentation, practicing brainstorming for essays until you feel comfortable generating ideas quickly in a pressured environment.
The lessons will be conducted online and typically last 60 minutes. I can also read and mark essays in between sessions, to go over together in person.
