About Anya
Hi! My name is Anya, and I graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2021 with a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences. Having been through the rigorous Oxbridge admissions process myself, I understand exactly what is required to prepare effectively for an interview. I have since tutored multiple students through their own interview preparation. Alongside tutoring, I work full-time in freelance corporate communications. I also support graduates entering the job market by offering CV reviews and interview practice. I look forward to hearing from you!

My sessions follow the supervision style used at the University of Cambridge, offering extensive feedback on students’ work and building understanding through broad, critical discussion. I place value not only on a strong command of the material, but also on developing each student’s independent thinking and intellectual confidence. I offer support with essay writing (including structure, style, and argument), subject-specific knowledge, recommendations for further reading, interview preparation, personal statement guidance, and more. I am able to offer preparation for Oxbridge and other university admissions in HSPS, PPE, and related fields such as sociology and anthropology. Each session is tailored to the student’s individual needs and interests within the topic.
