About Alejandro
Hi, I’m Alejandro, a first-year student at the University of Manchester, studying International Business, Finance, and Economics. Having recently completed my A-Levels with top grades (AAA in Maths, Business, and Psychology), I know the challenges students face and the strategies that can lead to success.
Teaching is something I’m passionate about because I love seeing the moment when a difficult concept finally "clicks" for someone. I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can excel in their studies. My approach is friendly, patient, and supportive, and I work hard to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that’s how real learning happens.
I’m committed to helping students build not just their grades, but their confidence, too. Having been through the same exams, I know what works, and I’m here to share that experience with you!

I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to the individual’s needs. My teaching methodology focuses on breaking down complex topics into simple, understandable steps, using real-life examples to make the content engaging and relatable. I encourage active participation, asking questions and solving problems together to build confidence.
Lesson Structure:
Typical lesson length: 1 hour (can be adjusted based on your preference).
I offer lessons for GCSE and A-Level students, typically aged 14-18, but I’m happy to work with learners of any age looking to improve in Maths, Business, or Psychology.
Each lesson includes a mix of theory, practical exercises, and review of past exam papers to ensure thorough understanding.
