About Laura
During secondary school, I have always been a reliable student to go to for maths help, and have given tutoring sessions to fellow students. The results have almost always come out positive, with my classmates either reporting better understanding of concepts tested or improved test marks. I have also tutored a year 12 Maths Methods student for three months, with her often commenting about the in depth understanding I have provided her with in regards to topics that she was wary about.

Hey! I'm Laura, and as an individual who is passionate about the study of mathematics, it is my top priority to formulate the most suitable of lessons for potential students. My lessons are suitable for students who are having trouble understanding concepts, and need to be presented with simplistic explanations of ideas. Personally, my lessons mostly consists of teaching concepts and going through examples, as well as giving student immediate practice of ideas just taught. There is also time for student to ask any questions regarding the subject. As a past student who also attended tutor, it is to my greatest understanding that we require patience and encouragement in order to improve our performance, which is why I try my best to provide students with an eye-opening and positive learning environment.
