About Sacha
I’m a graduate of the University of Oxford, holding a Law degree from Brasenose College. My tutoring experience has grown since sixth form, where I became passionate in helping my contemporaries with their university applications. Since then I have worked with a wide range of students to help them achieve their goals. I am thrilled to have helped students get into their top choice universities, including Oxbridge, LSE, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Exeter and Cardiff. My experience includes working on personal statements, including in the new format, interview technique (including delivering mock interviews) and entrance exams. I have also worked tutoring students of all ages and abilities, ranging from 11+ exams to entry into Magic Circle law firms (where I will be commencing work next year).

I’m passionate about helping students achieve their potential in what can be a daunting time, bringing clarity to a difficult process in a manner tailored to each student. I specialise in LNAT tutoring, Oxbridge entrance and interview, and personal statements, though I’m very happy to aid with any aspect of the application process across the range of subjects and universities. Typical sessions centre around the interests and needs of each student, focusing on areas of their applications needing most improvement. This may include redrafting parts of their personal statement, discussing admissions test problems they found tricky, giving feedback on essays, conducting mock interviews, and so on. I also spend time ‘marking’ practice admissions essays and scrutinising personal statement drafts outside of the sessions themselves.
