About Jess
I thoroughly enjoy studying Spanish, along with other languages, and I believe that learning another language has endless benefits, ranging from employability to personal relationships. I recently did a year abroad for my university studies, which was an incredible experience, made possible by my language proficiency! I have worked with children in a vacation day camp and have an effective and kind communication style. I am currently studying Italian as a beginner, so I can relate to the joy and frustration of learning a new language!

I am a student currently studying my university course in Spanish. I am certified as a B2 level, and working towards a C1 this year. I offer lessons of a varying duration, but typically between 30 and 60 minutes. I will offer practice and guidance in all areas, ensuring improvement in all facets of the subject. I offer lessons to students in school and adults wishing to learn a new skill. I believe the most important factor of success in any subject is enjoyment, and I will establish an enthusiastic, supportive environment that increases confidence in Spanish. Depending on the age and level of the student, a typical lesson might cover grammar concepts that students are struggling with, speaking practice, reading comprehension and writing skills. Students will be challenged to reach their potential. Above all, every lesson will be taught with patience, kindness, and encouragement.

Jess is a really nice person and really good at maths and would be a really good tutor
Jess is a warm, friendly and approachable person, whose enthusiasm is infectious. She is also patient and kind, which makes her such a great tutor. Jess combines her fantastic people skills with her intelligence to provide a great service to anyone wanting to have maths tutoring.
She shows real encouragement when teaching. She brings a lot of energy within sessions and has help myself and my friends incredibly with out academic skills!! Highly recommend!
Jess tutored my son Tyrone maths last year and hugely improved his confidence and ability in the subject.
