About Autumn
This will be my first time professionally tutoring, however I have always been that dependable person for others when struggling with math and have helped many fellow students succeed. One thing I believe is an important quality in a tutor that I strive to maintain, is recognizing that you may not know something, but pushing yourself to learn it so you can support your student. This is something I am committed to, I will make sure to cater my knowledge to you when needed.

For me it's always been about that moment where the "why" of math clicks where I truly get it, I focus on getting you there through patient guidance. I am a high school level tutor with a focus on pre-calculus. Typically I would start with getting to know what you're learning and your skill level so I can plan around you! I prefer to work with guided practice problems because I believe math is a skill that can only be built through practice; however, I never let that get in the way of thorough explanation of a larger topic.
