I booked a session with Anya as I wanted to learn more about taking pictures on film and about film photography in general.

After initial consultation Anya offered to continue with film photography course with elements of darkroom printing which were so very helpful!

I now have my own film camera and a darkroom set up at my studio. I can confidently recommend Anya to anyone willing to learn about film cameras and darkroom printing!

I came in as an absolute newbie and just in 6 months time I already learned not only how to take great photos but also how to develop my pictures in the darkroom, how to edit and we actually read quite a lot together. I did a workshop on advanced colour darkroom hand printing with Anya. I studied photography in college but never got to spend enough time in the darkrooms. I learned how to use the “pre-flash” and how to print multiple images on one sheet of paper and much more. Anya is extremely knowledgable and patient and I came out of the workshop feeling inspired and had a great time. On top of that the location is great and very central which I find rare because this type of workshops are usually very far and hard to get to. Absolute gem. Excited come back for more workshops in the future!
