About Alex
I am currently a student at the University of Warwick studying Mathematics and Statistics. I also graduated from Cambridge Maths School where I achieved A*s in both Maths and Further Maths A Levels. I've always loved Maths and I find real joy in supporting students as they build their confidence and skill-sets. I also have an Enhanced DBS check.

My lessons are designed to help make Maths feel manageable and even enjoyable in a friendly and supportive environment. I adapt each session to each student, helping to work collaboratively on difficult concepts step-by-step. I also focus on developing exam technique and problem-solving strategies, with the end-goal being building long-term confidence in Mathematics. I have been tutoring privately for the last 6 years as well as working as a tutor and head-tutor with WSP Maths Circles at UCL for 4 years. I am experienced with tutoring Maths/Further Maths A Levels and GCSEs but I am also open to incorporating a wider curriculum within sessions.
