With over 15 years of experience practicing Kung Fu, I have trained extensively in various styles, including Wing Chun and Shaolin. I have a deep understanding of the physical and mental aspects of martial arts. My lessons are suitable for students of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and are tailored to each student's individual goals and abilities.
The style I teach comes from the southern region of China. It is a traditional Shaolin Southern style, based on Chan Tao Shuan and Wing Chun Tao Shuan
