About Lucy
With 6 years of experience and a degree in Music Production focused on Vocal Engineering, I’ve dedicated my work to helping singers grow with purpose. I teach a diverse range of students, including beginners, college musicians, and working artists. My speciality is coaching singer-songwriters who want to develop original music. I guide students through lyric shaping, melodic writing, and emotional vocal delivery. Vocal phrasing is something I approach with intention and detail. I also offer beginner-level piano and guitar training for self-accompaniment. Ear training and harmony are regular parts of my lessons. Improvisation keeps creativity alive and approachable. Music theory is introduced in a simple, digestible way. I believe every voice deserves to be developed safely and respectfully. My teaching style is warm, interactive, and supportive. My teaching method is simple: train the ear, and the voice will follow. I start with easy exercises that build awareness of pitch. Ear training helps students learn faster and stay in tune. I teach interval recognition using repetition and familiar melodies. Harmonising becomes easier when students understand how notes connect. I give steady, supportive feedback so students learn without pressure. Advanced teens respond well to this method because it builds control. Quartet players benefit from my group tuning work. We focus on blending tones and adjusting pitch together. I keep lessons relaxed and encouraging. The aim is to help you sing accurately in any situation. You will build confidence through consistency. My approach supports every singer in reaching their goals.
