Many School teachers just dump the formula on the board and expects you to solve the questions thrown at you. For simple questions yes, but many questions in the HSC requires more than one step and one formula, it's of utter most importance to make the connections between concepts learned. It will not only help with coming up with solutions, it'll help you in memorisation of concepts too.
Physics unfortunately, does require good knowledge in Mathematics too. I'll take a methodical approach to teaching, making crucial links and accurate understanding. Unlocking the true meaning and bring logic behind formulas.
I'm a current second year student in UNSW undertaking a Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering degree. (I'm fluent in Mandarin so explanation of concepts in Mandarin is possible). I believe that the key to studying HSC physics is making intuitive and logical links with mathematics at its core, not rote learning.
