A Mechanical Engineering working in one of the Fortune 500 Companies and hold a Masters degree and extensive Tutoring experience from the University of New South Wales. I have demonstrated mentoring, individual coaching and group coaching of more than 70 students.

My Lesson methodology is based on the background of the topic, structure, and logic of the topic, the importance of the topic, detailed explanation and then the examples of the topic in daily life and surroundings which students can easily relate to. In 4 years of tutoring, I have also noticed that students have different personalities and background and it is important to connect with the student individually to give individual feedback and personal coaching to the students.
I also focus on opening the mind of students to different possibilities, career plans, and use curiosity of students to question themselves and induce creativity and critical thinking.
