About Jisu
Hi! I’m a University of Toronto graduate in Life Sciences with a strong passion for helping students understand and enjoy science and math. I’ve studied in Canada since Grade 10 and completed high school in Montreal, so I’m very familiar with how these subjects are taught in Canadian schools. I offer tutoring in middle and high school Math, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and I teach in English or Korean depending on each student’s comfort. My teaching style focuses on building confidence through clear explanations and steady practice, making complex ideas easier to grasp. I truly enjoy seeing students gain a deeper understanding of what they’re learning and start believing in their own ability to succeed. Whether it’s homework help, test prep, or reviewing school material, I adapt lessons to each student’s pace and goals.
