Practice tests. Practice tests. Practice tests. Half of the battle is knowing your enemy and using your time wisely on top of the material. I'm a very confident test taker and will show you multiple ways to solve problems and highlight the most efficient methods. Even if you lack material, I have years of saved practice exams from my undergrad to review. I also like story-telling, especially with chemistry, since memorable historical events and break-throughs can be very helpful in remembering certain chemistry concepts.
I'm a recent Chemical Engineering graduate from USC heading to Stanford University for my masters. I have been tutoring for 4 years now, with chemistry, engineering, and physics specifically for the last two years. I teach most commonly at the college level, but also have a lot of experience teaching for the high school and chemistry competition level. On top of this, I teach in the context of major standardized exams, such as the SAT or GRE.
