About Jasmine
I am a junior studying computer engineering and computer science at USC. I have experience in Python, C++, Java, and more. I have been tutoring programming in all levels (from intro to Python to college level Object-Oriented Programming) for 5+ years. And I am looking forward to helping more people learn programming and the logic behind it.

I believe that computer science is best learned through a deep understanding of the underlying logic, rather than simply memorizing solutions to problems. By focusing on the 'why' behind the code, students become more engaged with the material, fostering a more meaningful learning experience. My goal is to help students think critically, apply concepts with confidence, and develop problem-solving skills that will serve them in their future endeavors.

Jasmine has a lot of teaching and tutoring experiences. She used to teach coding to elementary kids at Code Ninja. She teaches at Kumon math right now and have been tutoring Mandarin Chinese. But what amazes me was how well she tutored my nephew on junior high math. She totally turned him around, from failing math to an A student in couple of months. Now he is doing well in advanced math in 9th grade and ready to take AP calculus in his sophomore year! She is super! I highly recommend Jasmine to anyone who need a tutor. You will not be disappointed.
