About Maigan
I have a master's in Social Work, am a yoga teacher and currently studying nursing/midwifery. Living on a yoga farm in Colombia for 6 months taught me about the healing properties bringing yoga into our busy lives can have. It is a powerful practice with many elements and I can't wait to be apart of your journey.
