About Sharon
I am currently a Learning Support and Enhancement Head of Department at a P4-12 school in Toowoomba. I possess more than 20 years of teaching experience with approximately 10 years in the area of Learning Support. EVERY student who attends tutoring has experienced value added results.

I use a 3 pronged approach during the tutoring sessions.
1 Testing
Pre-testing is carried out to work out gaps and strengths of the individual student.
A meeting is then carried out with the parent/carer to share the results/ findings.
2 Tailored Intervention Program
A tailored intervention Program is then developed to meet the needs of the individual student.
This is constantly monitored and refined.
3 Post-testing
Post testing is carried out to determined value added results and the next plan of attack developed.
