"Completing formal training at the VCA gave me the technical foundation for my 7 years of gigging across Sydney and Melbourne. Most people assume music school kills the fun of indie rock.
It actually provided the discipline to turn my 6 years of childhood practice into a real career. I have worked with 150 students who wanted to understand the fretboard properly.
Teaching has become the highlight of my schedule since I started this path. Playing live remains my favorite thing, but explaining concepts to others is a close second. Does your current playing style feel like it is missing a clear direction?"
