About Pio

I graduated as my school's College Dux in 2023 with an ATAR of 97.30 ranking first in all 5 of my subjects! I have been tutoring independently for the past year and love helping my clients build confidence and understanding in some of the more challenging subjects VCE has to offer! The subjects I tutor and scores I got are: English - 45 Methods - 43 Chemistry - 41 Biology - 40 Accounting - 46 I’ve also carried on this pedigree into uni with consistent H1 WAM - First Class Honors awards in my first two semesters of Biomedicine! For me, learning is all about growth! As someone who never really got my head wrapped around Math to begin with, through discipline and hard work I grew to really love it by the end of year, and my passions in Methods persisted into my university studies in Calculus! One thing I pride myself on with clients is being very personable. I am a people person, establishing a strong relationship with the students I tutor and seeing them flourish into successful scholars is one of the biggest rewards I get from my work.

About the lesson

FOR MATHS: - Personalized help with any topic for any and all areas of study/difficult fields - Free Resource on CAS Tips and Tricks to Maximize Efficiency for Exams/SACs - Hybrid explanations utilizing diagrams, graphs, calculations, step by step walk-throughs - SAC style question deconstruction + Preparation aid - Either preplanned lesson structure OR Student-led sessions for specific struggles (student preference) When it comes to tutoring, I specialize with years 10, 11, and 12, I’m happy to tutor multiple subjects at once (see other listings) and I gladly make travel to the desired location of my students! My teaching approach is highly tailored to the needs of my students, and I always adapt to what my learner's personality, desires and challenges are! I offer sessions that are 1-2 hrs in length and even group classes! I’ve tutored quite a range of students, from those looking to overachieve at the highest level to those looking to consistently score that passing mark.
