About Peter

I am a recent year 12 graduate from Whitefriars College in Donvale. I have 2 years experience tutoring year 7-10 math through the school's tutoring program. I will likely be attending the University of Melbourne for a bachelor of science in 2026. I achieved a 97.00 ATAR in 2025 with raw study scores of 40 in math methods and 36 in specialist math.

About the lesson

TUTORING STYLE It is preferred students have textbook/teacher assigned questions they bring to each tutoring lesson to work through. I focus on working through questions to understand content at the student's desired pace. Difficult content will be explained through examples primarily and there will be a focus on understanding prior content before moving onto new content. Length of lessons is typically an hour but I’m flexible for shorter or longer lessons. VCE MATH METHODS/SPECIALIST I will tutor students with all levels of goals in these subjects. For unit 3/4 students I can focus on exam preparation with exam style questions as that is my expertise. (A+ on both methods exams, B+ on both specialist exams) VICTORIAN CURRICULUM MATH YR 7-10 It is preferred students have online version of their textbook or something that will allow me to view the content they are being taught. This is because content varies by school and has changed since I completed these subjects. I can tutor students of all levels and with all goals.
