I’m a teacher of 24 years. Having taught in the UK for 14 years in a top independent school and for the last ten years I have been based at a HMC school in the Channel Islands where I have been both a Head of Biology and an Assistant Head. I am an empathetic and patient tutor who looks to support and build confidence in students by deepening their knowledge and understanding of the GCSE or A-level concepts by building essential links between the various areas of the course, which students can struggle with. I particularly specialise in the Cambridge international qualification and I am also an experienced examiner, so exam preparation is a key part of what I also offer within my tutoring sessions. I am available for online tutoring during the evening and weekends. I have been teaching biology for 24 years now so come with a wealth of experience to support you in your progress and success.
