I work closely with students, monitoring their progress at school with their teachers.
My approach is that of a counsellor who listens and observes the student at work. I identify areas for improvement and try to provide support to strengthen their abilities. When they manage to overcome these weaknesses, I congratulate and encourage them to help them understand.
