About Maria
I am a yoga teacher of 6 years, with a previous dance background.
I am trained in Ashtanga yoga and also teach Vinyasa and Yin restorative.
I am experienced in helping those with acute injuries and mental distress.
My favourite aspect as a yoga teacher, is being able to show people their full potential beyond their own minds' limitations. Hence, a big emphasis on breath-work is predominantly fluent throughout my teaching.
