About Caitlin
I am a yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa Flow practice. I have practiced yoga for nearly 10 years and have recently completed by 200 hour teacher training in Bali. I have decided to move away from my corporate job as a project manager to now follow my passion as an instructor. I can promise you a refreshing outlook on Yoga as well as insight into Plant Based eating and how combined they can bring about positive change in your life.

I approach my student with an open and friendly mind, spending the first 10-15min of the first session discussing what they would like to achieve in our classes, any health issues and any restrictions in movement. I will then design my classes based on this information to ensure that each student feels that they are making progress against their goals.I prefer to practice in my students own homes where they feel most at easy in their surroundings and can fit around their schedules.
