About Adela
My name is Adela Kusur and I am a registered teacher, practicing artist with a Masters in Arts and currently completing a PhD.
Main services are:
1. Portfolio Development & Conceptual Mentors
Art School/University Preparation: I can help students build a 12–20 piece portfolio, focusing on curating work, developing a cohesive theme, and creating sketchbooks that demonstrate the creative process.
Concept Development: A mentor who teaches students how to move beyond technical skills to develop personal, intellectual, and original ideas.
2. Specialized Curriculum Tutors (VCE/IB/HSC)
Exam/Theory Tutors: A specialized tutor who knows the specific requirements of senior art curriculums (e.g., VCE Art/Studio Arts). We will work together to break down exam questions, structuring answers and improving analytical writing regarding art history and theory.
Project Management: As a tutor I help manage long-term, self-directed projects, ensuring students meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality, practical work.
