About Theodore
My name is Theodore John, and singing has been my passion for over 12 years, with 6 years of professional teaching experience. I am trained in both classical and contemporary vocal techniques, and I understand that every voice is unique — there's no one-size-fits-all approach. My students range from young children finding their voice for the first time to adults who were told long ago that they "couldn't sing" and want to finally prove that wrong. I'm patient, encouraging, and know how to help you find and trust your natural voice without straining or hurting yourself. My students trust me because I create a safe, supportive space where mistakes are part of learning, not something to be embarrassed about. With me, you'll gain not just vocal skills, but real confidence in your own unique sound.

Hi, I'm Theodore John, a dedicated vocal coach with 6 years of experience teaching singers of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner who's been told you're "tone deaf," a shower singer wanting to build confidence, an experienced vocalist preparing for auditions or performances, or someone simply wanting to sing for your own joy, I tailor each lesson to your personal goals and musical style. We'll cover proper breathing techniques, vocal warm-ups, pitch accuracy, tone production, range extension, diction, dynamics, ear training, performance presence, and song interpretation — in styles ranging from pop and rock to classical, jazz, and musical theater. My lessons are supportive, encouraging, and judgment-free. You don't need any prior experience — just a desire to sing and a willingness to try.
